Individual therapy offers a supportive space to explore personal challenges, emotions, and goals. Clients often seek this service to address stress, anxiety, depression, grief, identity exploration, or life transitions. Together with your therapist, you’ll identify patterns, strengthen coping skills, and work toward greater balance and well-being.

Individual Therapy

Family therapy helps families improve relationships, communication, and problem-solving within the household. Sessions often include multiple family members and focus on creating healthier dynamics, reducing tension, and addressing challenges such as parenting struggles, sibling conflict, or major life transitions. The goal is to restore cooperation and connection across generations.

Group Therapy

Group therapy brings people together around shared concerns to build connection, insight, and practical skills in a supportive setting. Groups may focus on topics like parenting, relationships, life transitions, or managing stress, and they offer the added benefit of learning from others who get it because they are living it too. At the MFT Clinic, groups are offered based on community interest and demand, so offerings may vary. When a new group is forming, details and enrollment information will be announced right here on the website.

Couples and relationship therapy helps partners—whether married, dating, co-parenting, or sharing a household—understand and shift patterns that keep them stuck. Using a systemic lens, sessions focus on how communication, emotions, and history interact within the relationship. All partners are invited to participate as we work together to strengthen trust, manage conflict constructively, and deepen mutual understanding.
